Exchange and Credit Policy:

  • We do not accept returns, but we offer exchanges or credit for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for an exchange or credit, the item(s) must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and within 7 days of purchase.
  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value, with the difference in cost being paid by the customer.
  • If you choose to receive store credit, it can be used towards any future purchases made on MyDesignerjewelry.com.
  • To initiate an exchange or credit request, please contact us at info@mydesignerjewelry.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the process.
  • Please note that shipping costs for the return of the original item will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the case of manufacturing defects or damages caused during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return and exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
